Delivery. Available delivery options, charges and the expected dispatch time will be confirmed for each order. If an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an updated delivery estimate or a refund.
Returns. If you buy online as a consumer, you may normally cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then return it within the following 14 days. Items should be returned unused, complete and in their original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Refunds are made to the original payment method. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
Products should match their description, be fit for their intended purpose and be of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, the appropriate remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund.
